My Design Process
I begin by analyzing the root problem and performance gaps to determine the right learning solution. I collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and relevant content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs. Next, I create design documents to outline the solution’s objectives, structure, and key elements for client feedback. For comprehensive projects, I develop storyboards to map out flow and interactions. Finally, I build the solution with e-learning modules or other formats as appropriate, always focused on engaging learners and achieving measurable results.
